I'm running trixbox CE 1.2.3 on my server and installed HUD to monitor active calls. It happens that Hudlite shows an active call for more than 24 hours, while both phones are not calling anything. Where does the problem come from and what can i do to fix that.

It has happened 3 other times and after restarting asterisk it doesnt show that anymore.

Thank You

I "soft hangup" the call and

I "soft hangup" the call and it went well but still i dont realizze y is that happening. Is that a problem of asterisk? Or maybe the hangup packet (i suppose its a packet tht hangs the call up) didnt reach asterisk server.

Same issue, how do you restart asterisk?

I am VERY new to trixboxCE and have several, if not all, users on HUDlite with phones that are NOT active showing they've been on calls for over 24 hours. We've disconnect/reconnect HUD application, reinstalled application. Once I found out the same symptoms were happening on multiple users, it makes me believe it is on phone system and not on client application. If you could PLEASE inform me how to restart asterisk, I would sincerely appreciate. thanks...

rebooting did the trick

'Poked around' and found how to reboot the server. Once I did that, the HUD lite app appears to be cleared up and all users are seeing live phone data accurately. More of a workaround than a solution. At time of reboot, server had been up for 31 days. I will watch it to see if this will be a recurring event.

Memory Leak

There definitely seems to be a memory leak/consumption problem - The memory in use seems to creep up and after 2 days is at the point where the above symptoms happen - any one else had this ?
