HudLite reliability question

Hi guys,
Okay, I'm a relative newbie.
We installed trixbox CE and added HudLite, it works well... sometimes.
The problem is, it doesn't always update on time. It doesn't always show all the extensions that are connected as available I mean, sometimes it does, and sometimes it doesn't. In other words, sometimes an extension SIPphone (x-lite) would be connected (I can call out) but HudLite wouldn't show it is!
What do you think is the problem?

When working with Fonality guys last year they usually answered DNS (quite correctly as testing showed) - make sure that anything using the TB box has the TB box set as primary DNS - especially for HUD use - I guess the systems with X-lite should do likewise.
