cid name prefix & cli in queue

cid name prefix & cli (number person calling from) does not show on hud popup when call is forwarded to a queue

cid name prefix & cli are displayed correctly on hardphone (aastra 53i)

is there a way of getting to appear on hud popup?

I think i am having the same issue as above. Hudlite just seems to not be able to display parked calls when people call in. But if i call out i can put calls in the parking que and i can see what call is in what call que extension. What i would love to find out is how do i get Hudlite to show me that a call from someone who called me and i put in the parking lot which parking lot number it just got sent to after i parked the call.
