Weird error when trying to load web admin

i am getting a huge pop-up window when i try to get to my trixbox CE through the web.

Any ideas on what would cause this error? its also stopping me from getting into astrix.

Can't use IE

You're trying to use IE. The Trixbox/FreePBX interface doesn't support Internet Exploder.
Install FireFox and it should go away.
If you like IE for certain sites still, there is a Firefox addin called 'IETab' that will run IE 7 inside of a Firefox tab.

Thats weird cause i have used IE7 for like 6 months to edit my trixbox but whatever as long as it works idk. but now when i load it in Firefox i get this error.

Nothing has been updated, no new modules, nothing has been changed.
oh and something else thats weird, i can get into the endpoint manager. pops the error then displays nothing. also cant apply changes in PBX click the top bar to apply and nothing happens.
also seeing this in my sys info page for trixbox.
"common_functions.php 314 file_exists(/proc/scsi/scsi) the file does not exist on your machine"
