Queue problem on 2.61

I've re-built our system from the ground up and now am using a queue for the first time to support our client's calls. We're using 3 X-lite softphones, and 8 Linksys SPA942 phones.

11 people/extensions are in the queue. The queue is set to ring for an unlimited amount of time, and a ring-all configuration. 10 of the 11 people are in branch locations, and ports are open in the firewalls and normal communication within our phone system works fine.

The issue is that when a call comes into the queue, the 8 Linksys phones ring for about a minute then the call drops. However, the 3 X-lite extensions continue to ring (as would be expected).

I have not found any options within the Linksys phones that would cause this to occur. I've created another queue and added a few extensions to it for testing and have the same result. We're on the latest Freepbx and all modules are updated. I have not, however, run a YUM update on this system (we installed clean off the 2.61 CD).

Please help!!

Cisco 7905's caused me a bunch of greif

I had a problem with my Cisco 7905 phones when I edited the config on the phone to include the number to dial for voicemail. When I did that, incoming calls to my system would get routed to voicemail after 20 seconds even though the queue was set for unlimited. I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out what was going on. When I removed all the Cisco phones from the queue, the problem went away and I discovered the setting on the phone to send calls to voicemail after 20 seconds. After disabling this setting, the problem went away.

What happens when you try calling the extension for one of your Linksys phones and just let it ring? If it's working properly, it should ring indefinitely. My guess is that it will stop ringing after a minute.
