iax2 registry

I have about 20 trixboxes at different loacation. The are not behind firewalls and connected via iax2 trunks in a star topology. I know this probably isn't the best design but it works. The trunks work I can dial between offices with 4 digit extensions but if i check the iax2 registry they all say state rejected. i.e.
