2.6.1 RC4 - Hopefully Final!
2.6.0.19 has been posted to to sourceforge and should be ready for download. We have decided to not make this version final as we need to confirm that all known bugs are now fixed. PLEASE help us by downloading it and running as many tests on it over this long weekend as you can and reporting any problems back. We want to get this version wrapped up but need as much pounding on it as possible. Thanks.

On initial installation I also had this problem.
Hoiwever, after I put in the correct FQDN name ie your full web name and also the relay server it worked fine.
I suggest loading webmin - there you get a verygood web interface to use.You can also go into a user a send an email out and see if the email is working. If you get an error then you need to look further.
FOP is showing a screen but no active calls at the moment - it does show the extensions and trunks though.

One cool think I noticed. If you configure network subinterfaces with VLAN tagging they show up on the trix status screen!
Device Received Sent Err/Drop lo 662.41 MB 662.41 MB 0/0 eth0 1.07 GB 2.77 GB 0/0 eth1 9.24 GB 8.85 GB 0/0 eth2 0.00 KB 0.00 KB 0/0 sit0 0.00 KB 0.00 KB 0/0 eth2.1 2.03 GB 1.86 GB 0/0
I have previously posted how to do this however I will repeat why I think this is important.
With a small network you may not want to bother with a managed switch and VLAN's. However it would be desirable for provisioning to allow the trixbox to serve DHCP for the phones and the computers to use a different DHCP server.
With this configuration the phones can be programmed for the voice VLAN ID. The tagged packets will go to the phone while the untagged will be forwarded to the second port on the phone connected to the PC.
In this example I test my theory in eth2.1 on a production server. This solution does not require two Ethernet ports.
It's even better now that the trix status shows the interfaces (though it may have all the time and I just did not notice).
I will move the full instructions for dong this out of the forums and into the WIKI next week.

I have not experienced any problems with postfix at all. The results seem to be about the same as before, some people with sendmail just couldnt get mail to work no matter what until they switched to postfix and now we have the exact opposite. Those people who had massive issues with sendmail are working perfect but now some people cant get postfix to work. Freaking wierd!!
